What is the link between HGH and Anti Aging?

There is no causation between HGH and anti-aging state the scientific community.  The HGH is not an anti-aging agent.  The idea was suggested by a misunderstanding of a study, published in the New England Journal in 1990.

Why They Are Called HGH Releasers?

There are two different kinds of HGH products.  There are some that directly contain HGH in them.  Others contain the basics used to create amino acids; when taken inwardly, these stimulate natural HGH production.  The latter are referred to as HGH releasers, because, in effect, they make the pituitary gland "release" HGH.

The side effects used by this method are more natural, which make it the pefered method among many people.  Some of the alternate products cost quite a bit more on the market, so this is a cheaper way.
